I'm not so sure the new Rays park will ever get built. Voters here hate paying taxes for anything and I'm not sure there are enough city/county officials willing to stick their necks out for it. Even if it's not as big a scam as the Marlins project was, that left a really bad taste in people's mouths.

Last I checked, you can get an OF seat for $18 and it's at least $20 to park at the Trop.

Parking and a cheap seat at this place is gonna be $70 minimum, I don't think there's a market here for that.

Stargell or Roberto Clemente. Don't bother with any current Pirates.

To give you an idea how large Clemente looms in the team's history, they renamed the bridge by the stadium for him and the right field (his position) wall is 21 (his uniform number) feet tall in his honor.

Vazquez's deal seems pretty solid.

I refuse to go to Rays games because most of the time parking at the stadium costs more than a seat in the OF.

Hearn was a throw-in with Felipe Vazquez (then Rivero) from the Melancon to the Nats deal at the 2016 deadline. I don't know what the other piece of this deal is, but it looks pretty good for PIT so far.
