From where? Taking the L train (Red line) or bus is easiest. Parking is hell and expensive. If you're coming from out of town park somewhere away from the stadium (I believe there is free off site parking with shuttles) and bus in.

Pretty much everything west of Ashland does not require a permit. If you're coming down Irving or Addison you should be able to find a spot on a side street before you hit Ashland and then you can either walk/bus or Uber. It's not a far walk from Ashland.

Taking an Uber to Wrigley is doable but it's post game that is hell. If you go the Uber route plant to walk a fair distance away from Wrigleyville before calling for one or you'll be waiting 30 minutes and paying an ungodly amount.

The fact that Osuna won't admit wrong doing because he's pleading not guilty and the Astros are out there saying "No it's actually ok, because he feels bad and is taking a class" is totally disingenuous and looks pretty bad on the Astros and their supposed "zero tolerance" policy.

If you're in the Madison area go to some Madison Mallards games of the Northwoods League, they're super fun and dirt cheap. It's a collegiate summer league so not technically minor leagues.

EDIT: Just looking it up and apparentl Max Scherzer played in the Northwoods League in 2004

The other thing that stood out about the Acuna Jr HBP is that he did not charge the mound, now part of that may have been because he was in such pain but I feel like he knew it "wasn't his place" as a rookie to do that.

You know there would be a bunch of dumb takes (a'la Keith Hernandez) if he had charged the mound as a rookie.
