I was there too semi-recently. It's kinda cool in a "what the gently caress even is this" sort of way. The part of the beach I was on wasn't comprised of sand; instead there were tiny dead creature shells and bones. Everything constructed is falling apart, closed, and abandoned except that for some reason at the north end there's a real town that people still appear to live in. I guess it's where the farmers go to buy stuff? Edit: here's a close-up picture of the dead shell beach:

I didn't see that thing; I don't think we found the "town" that had a marina. Assuming that's a real boat and not a themed playground thing. Hard to tell now that it's... that.
