The "other stuff" can vary a bit but generally peppers and onions with some spices it's a bit on the sweeter side but nothing like sweet tea or candy. It's just sweet than you'd make it if you were putting it with noodles for spaghetti with meat sauce (because it's NOT just spaghetti meat sauce in a bun, that's just what it looks like)
