Stroganoff isn't too terribly difficult to make; what recipe have you tried? Anyway, use this one https://natashaskitchen.com/beef-stroganoff/ it's basically what I use though I don't include an onion and slice the beef AFTER cooking it (do the beef my way trust me). You'll get it, it's a decidedly low to intermediate difficulty dish dish (this recipe has a great tip in step 5 to avoid the most common problem). Do this recipe, with my changes (you can feel free to add the onion back - I'm just personally not a big onion fan and skipped it) and you'll be thrilled I guarantee it. I know what rally's and checkers is because they had an intense commercial campaign for about six months but there were no checkers and rally's places anywhere near the metro area. I don't know if the food is good at all, I imagine it to be like A&W but I'm not sure can anyone c/d? That's my rally's and checkers story.

This thread reminded me of another odd marketing stint by a rival restaurant Krystal: It's like White Castle but with chili or something and people confuse this place with rallys a lot because they have similar color schemes. The first time I saw one, they were running their "chili cheesification" campaign. Imagine walking up to a fast food place and seeing the windows covered with giant posters of screencaps from swap.avi
