Quick question, can I ask for a refund for two DLC's? I bought them now for a game I had for years but I'm regretting it already.

, the classic "random lever in a pocket dimension that summons evil clones" death, thats why you should leave alone all optional levers in pocket dimensions until you are high level, they are a death trap.

Sadly I don't own a PS4 but it's good to know about that Spiderman game.

Still a fun game that's only a few hundred meg to install, but you really need to read up on what everything does online to get the most out of it. I wish I had more time this week to give it a whirl, but I'm a tryharder and a full playthrough of Dredmor's Going Rogue in non-NTGR takes so much time to complete.

I'm almost finished with my Dungeons of Dredmor run, still in the middle of floor 12 though. Even with No Time to Grind and skipping a lot of content it has been pretty tedious.

Gay Rat Wedding posted:scaling for the extra 5 floors isn't implemented very well and they mostly become a slog. I recommend just leaving them off once you've seen them once or twice. things start to take a tedious amount of time to kill, there aren't enough new items to fill another 50% of game so you end up seeing a whole bunch of repeats, your build is basically already complete at that point so there's not much room to expand, and a lot of the diggle gods aren't worth it so they don't spice it up much. The diggle gods floors would have been better implemented as random replacements for other floors you get over the course of a run that's otherwise the same length. Yup, even with NTTG they are a huge slog, even though at that depth you get showered with amazing items, so at least you have the chance to improve your gear at least. Gromit posted:Well poo poo, I don't think I can be bothered to compete against that because that's a lot of time to go that deep. Yup, there's even an achievement for it. Kennel posted:And then you get killed by the boss in a few turns unless you've optimized your character build to work against him. I'm reasonably prepared to take him, although my random drops have been terrible this run.

Dredmor run completed. Decided to go with a straightforward wizard build relying mainly on psionics for damage (sweet sweet pyrokinesis) and decided to use astrology for the first and capstone skills, also throwed in Bankster in just for fun, never completed the entire tree and haven't played with it since insurance fraud was nerfed into oblivion. Bankster turned to be pretty useful, hedge fund is an incredibly potent defensive passive ability and money was never an issue, even thoug it would have been more useful in normal mode. No time to Grind, Going Rogue, permadeth, no mods. Build: Psionics, Bankster, Fleshsmithing, Astrology, Blood Magic, Leylines, Mathemagic. The hard part of a build like this one is surviving the first four floors, if you do, sans extreme bad luck or being careless/impatient, you are probably going to win. I'm gonna be honest, I decided to pick this build because I wanted something that could complete the game as fast and possible and no crafting skills means I didn't need to bother with inventory management too much. For some stupid reason the game started crashing often in floors 13 and 14, it was incredibly annoying and had to redo the same monster zoo three times. Decided to skip diggle hell and Vlad Diggula entirely, my main skill is fire damage and Diggula has a bazillion fire resistance and just didn't have enough holy damage to spare. Also skipped all pocket dimensions codes and mysterious portals, too much risked of getting stranded due to bugged maps. Final stats before entering floor 15. Pretty decent magic power all things considered. Encountered Lord Dick lurking next to the stairs. Look at that life, holy crap. The fight itself is fairly simple, just keep teleporting away and throw poo poo at him until he dies. The most damaging attack in the game against Dredmor if you are a wizard is pearlescent wands, because he has crap holy resistances and the damage scales with magic power (extra damage to undead). Each cast did more than a hundred damage. Sadly, only had one wand. Sonic wands and holy hand grenades are also really useful. Defensively speaking, I was fine, decent magic resist plus 50% damage reduction from Hedge Fund+a massive instant heal spell for 3 mana is pretty good. gently caress you Lord Dredmor.

Finished my replay run of Shadow Warrior (2013), man, what a great game, my only regret is that you can't play with the fully upgraded sword from the beginning, I know it would make the game a cake walk, even in insane difficulty, but it would be a fun time.

Honestly, I doubt I could ever enjoy this game with a controller, the real meat of the combat system revolves around the sword and ki powers, which seems too messy with a controller, though I'm a classic pc gamer guy, so I may be kinda biased there.

Anyone has played Dragon Ball Z Kakarot? I've just finished watching Dragon Ball Z Abridged (by Team4Stars) and enjoyed it so much that I want more. I heard combat is fairly similar to Xenoverse and I found that pretty enjoyable except the targeting/camera against multiple opponents, which was a nightmare.
