I'm looking to try and fry some pork loin, but I'm not sure how to make breading to get good and crispy fried pork. I'm not a super experienced cook, but I like trying different things, and I don't quite have everything I need for tonkatsu, so I figured I'd try to at least try and fry up some pork. How do you make breading?
