I'm thankful reading all you guys' stories that my mental health is just mild general anxiety and is entirely stress driven. I just meditate and occasionally nip in to see my psychologist and I'm golden. My caveat when seeing my psych was that I refuse to take meds because I don't want my dick to stop working.
