I have to remind myself that some birds aren't meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice. Still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty that they're gone. I guess I just miss my friend.

It infact doesn't mean it's just a "meal for fish" it means it's a meal for fish made from fish.

This was posted awhile ago, but I've met this crow. Canuck was the only crow to receive federal protections despite not being endangered (duh), and not a subject of any research. He was identifiable even without his bracelets due to his extremely chill nature around humans. He even somehow had a job at the amusement park hanging around the Cotton Candy stall (It's in the same neighborhood as his nest). He's been missing long enough to likely be dead. RIP Canuck, despite being a common variety, you were an extraordinary birb.
