A SEN that wasn't designed or built to be a school. SEN kids who are very sensory, if that isn't a struggle enough the schools corridors aren't 2m wide and they have a chunk of classrooms that are only accessible by one of these narrow corridors. She's been open the whole time for around 8-12 key worker children and is looking to go up to 16-20 but the building won't allow much more under the current guidelines. Pre-COVID they had 300+. Some staff are looking for excuses to come in and she's had to politely send them away, whilst others are asking for the sort of assurances that nobody can give before they'll come back. Also teachers hugging each other at the school seems to be a thing as "They're friends" or "We both live alone" makes hugging suddenly acceptable again.
