The only strong opinion I have on the agents is that Phoenix is a dickhead and I wish he'd shut his smug self satisfied mouth. I played as him once last night and I wanted to throw the game just to spite the character.

Had a game the other day where the two remaining attackers jumped through the mid portal and hid in the room with the rest of the team waiting for them to pop out. One ult, a nade and two blast packs later we won.
