I picked Pentagon Jr as the mystery entrant in the Casino Battle Royale because I assume he can't teleport but also that nobody has been able to convinced him he can't, so he can. A positive upside of this pandemic was having the time to sit down and just dig in deep to just playing the hell out of Dragon Quest XI, which was my first ever Dragon Quest game and an absolutely fantastic introduction to the series.

Today I listened to Carly Rae Jepsen's studio album discography to celebrate her new release (Dedicated Side B, which is fantastic and only not my album of the year because Hayley Williams released something this month too)

I read all of the akira manga for the first time and enjoyed it and am re-watching batman the animated series and it's been wonderful but nothing will be as enjoyable as seeing how horrible the score I will surely get for this here game.

I've been rewatching some of my favourite comedies including Brooklyn 99, The Good Place and Galavant, the last of which is the best medieval sitcom musical in history (and also the only medieval sitcom musical in history).

this is gonna sound dumb assed from somebody who only played dragon quest 4, 5, 8, and 11, but in retrospect 8 feels like the daddy of 11 to me, ignoring that perhaps 9 and 10 are even more of its daddy and quite similar. i wouldn't know. but 11 is best. but maybe 8 would be enjoyable still as the old washed up version of what you like instead of feeling insanely different like real old ones would. Thanks

If you think about it the last season of Game of Thrones was kind of a situation and it was kind of funny how bad it was and how clearly all the on-screen talent thought it was bad in interviews.

well, don't play it on the telephone, but if you have some scientific research programs such as PCSX2 or Citra on your computer, then you could research your purchased copy of the game. the fuzziness of the original release loses a tiny amount of charm when internally rendered at much higher resolutions, but your eyes will be pleased that they are not hurting a little bit from the video game

I watched some WWE at the start of the year and was very sad at the whole state of it and some people in the thread recommended I check out AEW. I started with AEW for the Chris Jericho Cruise and now I look forward to every Thursday when I can watch Dynamite, it has rekindled my love for wrestling and brings me joy like when I was a kid. I'm in a funky timezone so I don't post much but thanks for the recommendation Goons and thanks for bringing back my love of large strong men and women slapping each other around in a soap opera fashion.

Already feeling buyer's remorse over *not* picking a no-contest in the Moxley/Brodie fight. To me, that makes a lot of sense in allowing both men to keep their heat, even if it's an extremely WWE way to do business and isn't great in a title match. But nobody else is picking it either, so maybe I was on to something.

His booking style doesn't even like gently caress finishes on TV, really. He knows that if he makes people pay to be disappointed, they aren't going to pay him anymore, and has said as much.

For the character to work he needs to be slightly deillusional and he can't be as good as he claims to be. Give him some wins after this but have him lose this and just deny that he did.
