larian, the divinity series studio, is making baldur's gate 3.. but since it's in early access i don't really feel like touching it at the moment. looks somewhat neat though

BL2 was the last one i played and I did all of it in multiplayer.. was fun, but i'm not really focused on item farming so when we tried to do NG+, i sort of burned out

i'm currently doing another run of rimworld preparing for the ideology DLC. i took an eight month break from it and i just like the whole management sim with gratuitous violence that isn't prison architect sort of deal

i liked kingmaker well enough, but WOTR did not seem like my cup of tea

pillars 1 was pretty decent and very nostalgic when i played it. deadfire blew me out of the water, i absolutely loved it

i really like the aesthetic at a glance and the survival mechanic seems pretty good for a city builder. shame to hear about the campaign.. though i might hold off on it until the winter holiday sale.

Iirc I broke the game by dual classing a fighter with max weapon skills and thief then getting both to ridiculous levels which ended up with being an unhittable whirlwind that could wear full plate
