Obviously if this happens it better mean that Cody is not main eventing for the third week in a row, because that has already overstayed its welcome in terms of booking and watching Dynamite. But if Cody is facing a non-AEW talent, AEW better be ready to explain who they are and where they come from to the audience at home, since it's unlikely anyone they bring in will have enough appeal to not need background information.
