I don't know anything about his medical history but Lowtax is a serial abuser. He also has multiple daughters, and at least one has been witness to an incident per the police reports. He is a horrible person and the best defense he can ever seem to come up with is "I was never convicted for domestic violence". Very honorable, I'm convinced! He is also fond of saying "The truth will come out", then the truth comes out before he has prepared his narrative on it and it is even worse than imagined. What a failure of a man.
