Seems a bit lag-dependent in some of the team games but other than that this is pretty good fun! I've already seen a couple repeat minigames in four shows (with one win  ) though

Played and thoroughly enjoyed the beta, though Oceanic servers definitely weren't a thing during that and boy howdy it made every team game essentially a coin flip as to whether I'd get eliminated or not. I really love the game, and was happy enough with it to preorder the "collector's edition" to give the devs some extra cash. I just hope they have a solid content pipeline in place as I think long term success of the game is going to depend on if they can get a wide enough variety of events up and running. This is now my go to "grab a beer and chill for 20 minutes" game.

They need to change the tail grab / ball steal games to work like GoldenEye's flag tag mode. It's not having the stuff when the timer expires it's being able to hold onto it the longest. I guess that isn't as wacky and party though so maybe not

Anyone have advice for tail-grabbing? It ended up being the final round so whoever had it at the end wins. Despite being right on the guy countless times and using RT I didn't grab a single tail the entire match. I don't understand the mechanic at all. There was an earlier team tail-grabbing that same game and I had the same issue. I ended up getting one tail at the very end. So for two mini-games I managed to grab one tail.

Pretty sick of team games. Been put on a disadvantaged team 5vs6 soccer matches several times and no amount of skill can account for having 1 less person. Why would they allow uneven teams?

i chucked it in the bin because I got to frustrated about both team games and the fact that if you arent' infront of the pack there's a pretty big chance someone else will kill you by being an idiot party game and all but there's to much downtime for that to be amusing

Egg Scramble is, in my opinion, the only irredeemably poo poo team game - it seems to be trying for a level of precision that the controls/physics aren't capable of providing which combined with latency means that it feels like complete bullshit when you lose and also feels lovely when you win. I think the other team games I've played have been better/fairer about this, with the hoop diving one and the three ball pushing ones (the ball pushing race, soccer and the egg scramble-ish one where you're trying to keep the most giant balls in your zone) having the best mix of wacky/silly interactions without descending into Egg Scramble level clusterfucks where you're not able to move or control your actions because you're being grabbed by 8 people, 3 of whom are on your team. Jinxed and Tail Tag are a little below that - depending on latency there can definitely be some bullshit moments but it still feels a hell of a lot better to play than Egg Scramble. I'd like them to take a look at their event randomization algorithm to push team games to earlier rounds with bigger player counts, too, and prevent them from triggering towards the end - feels really bad to clear three rounds really well and then run straight into Egg Scramble. To counterbalance my negativity - and to be clear it comes from a place of really loving the game and wanting to see a few tweaks to tighten it up - my absolute favourite event at the moment hands down is the hidden path one, it's always hilarious watching people weigh up taking a risk to get ahead of the pack versus not wanting to fall off the path, and the crowded infighting that breaks out at the top of the path as everyone tries to shove people onto adjacent spaces like unwitting test dummies is great fun.

I was playing with a full team earlier today and decided to yolo myself across the board. My random zigging and zagging got me almost all the way across the board until the very end. The rest of my team all made it to the end and I was eliminated a few seconds after I respawned as everyone else barreled through the path I'd opened up. Sometimes you gotta take one for your friends

GET GOOD, PLEBSCRUBS!  I wasn't even the first guy to the crown, either. There was a guy ahead of me but he choked on the jump and missed it, so I won! First battle royale I'ever played and I got my first victory within three hours of playing!

I can only play Door Dash so many times before follow the leader stops being novel.

Eh, falling behind isn't a death sentence at all. There have been plenty of times in race maps where I was last or close to it, but came back to qualify. Fall Guys is a game of patience and judgement as much as it is of reflex and reaction. People in the back tend to panic and get in a hurry, leading to an ever worsening position. As long as you keep your cool and don't get in a rush comebacks are perfectly possible.

Still sketchy as it seems there are some perfectly accessible ledges to grab that it won't let you grab (slime run I'm looking at you).

Ten of us spilled over the side like a bunch of knocked over bowling pins. In the very final seconds it went from 15 players to 5 players qualifying. Funny, and infuriating. After playing for a couple hours, the biggest need for the game is a chat function so I can yell at my teammates and tell them how much they suck.

PS4 is a dumpster fire, holy poo poo Like a dozen 'failed to connect' then as soon as I do get in I get to round 4 and lose 'will get rewards next login bye' (I didn't) all while having the gal to have a cash shop. Fun game but I'm so much more frustrated then I'm having fun

Great idea, great potential. Egg Scramble is awful and the overall content seems a bit thin. However, it's a free game, is occasionally very funny and I really look forward to seeing how they add more matches, and fix some of the gameplay issues (grabbing, balancing teams etc).

The team games should be weighted to be in the first two or so rounds like IRL Survivor instead of the last half of the rounds, otherwise I love this game. I love the Hungry Hungry Hippos game (play defense after the initial scramble for an almost guaranteed win). I hate the Stay Ahead of the Rising Slime game. I like the Dodge Moving Walls and Pillars on a Small Platform game, but I think it should get harder and faster much more quickly. I like Tainted. There should be a way to straight up grab a dude and push them in a direction instead of just delaying them a bit. My closest victory was getting all the way to the last round on the Walk on the Crumbling Hexes game and was 1 of 2 dudes still on the hexes as a wave of a group of other dudes went crashing through the gaping hole in the middle of the level which distracted me and I slipped off. In the future I hope they design less bottomless pits and more rear end in a top hat windmill structures that smack you into walls/other contestants.

It's pretty fun but it's not worth the 20 bucks on steam, they should really make it freemium or cheaper. Also gently caress team games your team will always be the fuckers who go after the ball while the other one is going straight into your goals and you're the only one defending it.

I wish there were an upside to playing in a group, like sharing rewards or being able to send some kind of in game visual encouragement after you die. At least auto spectate my friend, so I don't have to cycle through 40 strangers.
