Gootecks is a huge loving idiot but that face he made is a pretty great way of summing up excitement. Also he hates that it is more known than he is probably because of both not getting that attention himself and being unable to monetize it so it is good in my books

IIRC part of the reason Pekora didn't like Luna's character was because when Pekora started she was thinking of doing the same sort of thing, but just couldn't stand herself. So Luna going as all in on it as she did was also like a mirror. Also a bunch of people at Hololive actually don't really initiate collabs, which is why so many are thankful for people like Fubuki, Miko, and Coco who all are much more outgoing and wanna get others involved more. Korone for example talked about how much she is grateful to Miko for being someone who would just go "Hey wanna do a collab" when she was starting and basically unable to ask anyone who wasn't Okayu to even chat.
