Hajime Hime has had a hard time hiding her identity. Or she might not be trying considering how recognizable her voice seems to be. Hajime had a mishap last year before her initially scheduled debut that revealed her previous identity. A video tweet of her's had her previous identity name in the source. From what I remember about the Trash Taste Podcast interview Calli said she heard about the audition from some of her friends who were very ecstatic about it, so she decided to give it a try too.

Another big factor to the misconception is that Ame, and probably some of the others, would call their manager Enma no matter who it was. Once Kiara and Calli identified their managers as separate people known as Jenma and J-Chad then the girls started to be more clear about who they were managed by. It really made so much sense that the NA members would have the same manager so hearing that Jenma is in charge of all the EN gremlins came as a shock to many people.

Gura, Artemis, and Pikamee are the three I always see brought up when people talk about shark vtubers, but I'm sure there are way more out there. After Gura's very quick growth and Artemis popping up not too long after some people probably thought "gently caress it, Imma be shark too!". Also speaking of Artemis I like how she became friends with a few other marine life vtubers like Bao the whale and Kani the crab which formed a sort of sea dweller group.

I like how Kiara's laugh can sometimes sound like bird squawking. It's real good. Some people say that she's trying to sound like Pekora, but Pekora sounds like a bird anyway so I wouldn't blame Kiara for ending up sounding similar.
