For the last year or so I’ve been adding half a shot to a shot of skrewball peanut-butter whiskey to my vanilla tea with a bit of brown sugar and it’s just the best. Also according to my gf my favorite tea lately tastes like I melted off brand red hots in it and I guess I like off brand red hots. |

i had a pot of caffeinated tea (russian caravan, it was excellent) with lunch for the first time in forever and ive been buzzing all afternoon and 8hrs later im still feelin perky. I think my stomach acid medicine fucks with how my body handles caffeine

Finally went to Chinatown in Kobe and got more Yunnan gold leaf as well as some Keemun. The lady at the shop also sold me on some winter Dong Ding by giving my friend and I a whiff of it. Enjoying the gold leaf with my breakfast. I do love this tea.

I was excited about the smokiness of the lapsang souchong i had but it was kind of a resiny, piney smokiness i didnt really like? maybe others are different and i should try more.
