They're not running the Brady offense. They're using him as a runner and asking him to complete like 10-15 passes a game. That seems to work in spurts, but not consistently enough to win games. Mostly because he keeps turning the ball over and he's throwing to a bunch of scrubs.

Cam didn't have to do much through the air in the Dolphins and Oakland games. But when he did it was generally ok. The only game where he has really looked good as a passer was against Seattle and they'd give up 250 yards to a Peewee QB. That being said, he's playing with ham and eggers. Some who don't know what the gently caress they're doing because they've hardly gotten any reps on top of being practice squad quality players. So it's hard to say how much it's Cam chucking passes into the dirt and how much it's the collection scrubs who should not be on the field. I will say, Cam looks bad dropping back, really hesitant to throw and not sure of what he's seeing. He's also had a string of horribly timed turnovers. It's a rich tapestry really.
