Can I suggest canned mushrooms, they should pair well with the smoked oysters. The keywords here are wet and squishy Sauce is the highest fat content Greek yogurt available. Unflavored.

Depending on where HGB is located, prairie oysters could be an option. If you don’t know what prairie oysters are, I can only say that they count as red meat.
