What about a sweet burrito, with jam, jelly, cotton candy, nutella, green cocktail cherries, with marshmallow peeps as the “meat”. This might work better as a hard shell taco

An otherwise normal burrito with one wacky ingredient like sauerkraut or kimchi would be a good challenge. Blue cheese would be better than most of the posters recommending it might realize. Anything from the family of fermented foods however is a nice gross addition

Blue cheese is good actually, but it’ll ruin anything it doesn’t belong in for the same reason grapes don’t go on pizza (put huge green grapes in the next burrito, yw)
