I want to say that we have been through 9 months of this virus and I love you guys. We have survived this far and we WILL get through this. Some of us have been on this website for a long time and we have seen people come and go but through all the bitching and fighting we are brother and sister Goons. I think we are lucky to be on this earth at the exact same moment and time.

My young cousin was diagnosed with it 3 days ago. He's young (about 19) fit and healthy so hopefully he will be fine. What worries me is that my aunt works as a nurse. She's A&E so I thought she wouldn't be at risk. My uncle works in our family bar which is closed right now. The attached liquor store is ticking over though. None of this would have loving happened if people weren't so stupid. People these days grew up on a steady diet of internet conspiracy theories. They only believe what reinforces their own beliefs or what is convenient for them. Bad news? Stay indoors, wear a mask, wash your hands? LALALALALA THAT'S GOING TO CAUSE ME TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE - I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!! Was the world always this crazy? Don't answer that, I know.

At the beginning my hobbies were doing music, sports, some games, in the middle of the pandemic we cooked, painted miniatures, did a puzzles, went for long walks. Now my hobby is alcoholism. I'm not looking forward to this winter ngl.
