Not gonna read much right now, but holy poo poo the game is blowing me away ... ... with the amount of ridiculous jank that made it past a day 1 patch. Still fun - just cleared what I assume is the 7 hour prologue bit - and gorgeous even without RTX. After some fiddling with the settings I came to the conclusion that I prefer 60+ fps to shiny surfaces at sub 40 fps. But the clipping and bugs even in scripted (cut)scenes (floating suitcases, clipping weapons into NPCs faces, Jack walking straight through my car when he gets off his motorbike before entering the Maelstrom hideout, crashing his bike in a lamp post when leaving from there ... it's really laughable. And this is with three delays and a day 1 patch. I'm sure they'll fix it in the next 1-3 years to come but COME THE gently caress ON! Aaaand I found what I can only assume is the first of many dildo shops. There's no point in... um... buying a sizable collection? They are all marked as "Junk" (hurr hurr), so there is no way of showcasing them in the apartment, I guess? Huge oversight. Trophy case patch when?

How do you perform the Hidden Dragon Aerial Takedown? I'm on a cyberpsycho mission and I can't peform a normal non-lethal takedown on the crazy Mox, even though she's not a skull level enemy. I guess I could do a 3 minute dance routine with a wrench, but one slip up and whoops 60% of my health are gone. Even if I say "gently caress this" and blast her with my charge shotgun, she takes like 2-4% damage per point blank salvo. Oh, and she heals herself as well. I am supposed to hack her from the Moxes subnet, but there is no connection I can see. Then I thought, maybe Hidden Dragon will work, but when I drop down from a catwalk above her, there is no prompt or anything to indicate how this poo poo works. I have taken out other Psychos before without much trouble, but this one is starting to get annoying. It's a "Dange: Moderate" gig from Regina Taylor. What gives?

Not gonna lie, I think it's kinda dumb that I have like 200 HP and every single low level mook tanks 20 rounds of LMG ammo with 300 dmg each without flinching. Also, chainchugging inhalers isn't fun.

Uhm. I don't know anything about guns, but I feel this bad boy here should definetly not hit crit headshots for 7.8k. Total god mode gun.  I'm running Int mostly, so I don't have a single perk point in Body or Reflexes (whatever scales rifle damage).

There are so many little satisfying moments in this game, for instance leaving the room and throwing a grenade before closing the door on the little XBD family business that made a snuff video of some preacher's son. I couldn't hack them and set them on fire, so that was the next best thing. Easily the most revolting dialogue so far. Braindance is the new "The Internet was a mistake" in 2077. Cool idea, but it's used for either porn and snuff. Sometimes both.

If you're short on cash early in the game, there is a free legendary Monowire to be found in Kabuki. Go here  and look for the Pharmarcy (big sign above the entrance, it's also where you may have gone to before for a Regina side gig). Turn left and round the corner, look for this garage door, open it and loot your shiny new murdercable.  Unrelated, but this guy has seen some poo poo

Awww maaan, I just got into the great tin can scam of 2077 to be filthy rich and equipped with legendary poo poo up to the gills and got hit by the "point of no return" prompt out of nowhere. Still got plenty of side content to clear and if it's anything like the Witcher, "point of no return" could mean hours of more main questline (don't tell me though), but I am a bit bummed out. Looks like Crit% and CritDmg are capped? I slotted a legendary Deadeye Mod (15% Crit Chance, 30% Crit Dmg) into all my clothes' mod slots (17 slots in total) and my char screen says I got 23% Crit Chance and 154% Crit Damage. Boooooooh! Fake Edit: Oh never mind. The Deadeye mod just plain does not work. I got the same stats when being naked.

Late Peralez gig question: I told Jefferson about the brainwashing, convinced him to lay low and wait until "they" show their hand, later got a message from him and when I replied I just got a "unknown user" message. Haven't heard a peep back. I can't enter their luxury apartment block to check on them (they need to buzz me in). Is this the end? "They" got to them? Is there a way to save them?
