A new gang that popped up in one of the worst parts of philly is responsible for bouts of street terrorism. A Drugs Inc type film crew gets the OK to talk to some of the members in the crew. A rival gang that is striking back for the loss of territory is going around killing members of the gangs and raiding them that night.

As the film crew is talking with them the door is being kicked in. The man they were talking to cocks a shotgun loaded with high powered buckshot loads. He runs in a blows one of the other members face in. There is a shootout inside the apartment. The film never stop rolling. They win the gun fight and maybe take a loss. After executing the potential survivors they take the crew who is now a part of this war and they make them film the retaliation on the rival gang.

The story goes on for days. The streets of philly turn into a warzone. There are mass bombings and shootings as both gangs rage a cartel like warfare on the streets. Over this time period they show how they took over and it�s self evident by the total war and intimidation methods of the gang.

The story ends with a full on war with the national guard and the other gangs. They all died in a final shootout. In the end of the story it cuts to a room full of FBI agents viewing the events that transpired that night. Since the crew has now been kidnapped they are threatened into keep filming. The camera might go out and immediately jump to the next thing that they are getting into. Most of these scenes are going to be brutal and have no context until you listen to the conversation and understand what is going on.

The gang is a melting pot of people black, white and spanish.

The movie is supposed to have something that can happen at any time, which in the context would be extremely shocking out of nowhere. It can go from a normal conversation to straight torture or murder. I see friends vibing and having fun running up on a car, killing the driver and taking that poo poo.

Towards the middle of the story the gang killing this gang of is just the people of philadelphia. The city of philly takes up arms and kills anyone in this gang. It�s not a large gang but it takes cartel and military style tactics. It�s a group of about 100 people and associates and you will see. They will end up having the same tactics they used on other people used on them. The people become just as brutal as the gang because they basically blew up the neighborhood.

Bombings are what seperates this gang from most. They also get props for murdering the police, They actually make sport out of it. A scene I thought up as a reference would look like this. They send someone out to talk to a lone beat cop. He asks for directions, as the cop is giving them out he is stabbed in the neck and his throat is ripped out, While he is convulsing on the ground bleeding the kid takes his belt, Shoots him in the head and gets in the car. When in the car they are all laughing and then they drive off

A lot of people make this mistake when writing about guns OP so you're not the first don't worry. It's "high powdered" not "high powered" and it's referring to the amount of gunpowder in the ammunition.

OK here's my idea: There's this gang they are from Des Moines that iconic city that I am from. Everyone in the gang is a brilliant screenwriter from LA who refuses to sell out so they rob banks and kill people. There's a shoot-out at the Iowa state fair maybe. A scene I thought up: some presidential candidates are meeting people at a diner, the gang members are impressed by the candidate's ideas and sign up to organize but end up blowing it off a week later when the campaign contacts them because the moment's gone and they'll rather watch Netflix. Also they murder several people after leaving the event.
