Grandicap posted:Flash Deal Available What's that, Grandi? You want me to go to the bulk store? Well ok! Double Chocolate Chip Berry Cookies Mix your butter, eggs, vanilla, and sugar until creamy. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda and mix until... Mixed. Then stir in your mixins Dark chocolate chunks are best, but you can use bittersweet if you insist. Chunks are definitely preferred over chips. For the berries any tart Berry will do; my preference is cherries but cranberries are also good. They were out of cherries today but I got a mix with cherries, cranberries, and blueberries. Use a cup of each and fold them in. Now one thing I don't normally do is chill my dough, but these are best if they're thick and gooey so I tried that out and seemed to help Pop them in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes Pour a glass of milk and enjoy

Woooowwww rruuudddeee Anyways Opop's Vincent Price's Steak Diane, my favourite non-grill way to make steak Start with some good quality sirloin Cook those up in a lot of butter, pull them when ready. Add more butter and fry up your shallots, then add Worcestershire sauce and a good brandy, I'm lucky enough to have a good distillery in town but store bought will do FLAMBE! And you have your sauce. For sides I always say you can't go wrong with a starch and a veggie. I've been branching out on my starches but this one just begs for roasted Potatoes, kicked up with the Za'atar I got for Christmas And then good old aspargus with some lemon pepper. And you're ready to enjoy
