Not bread but still carb-y goodness. I made a huge pot of spaghetti the other day. The back of Barilla pasta boxes now say something about how "Pasta as been a staple of the Mediterranean diet for 1000s of years, a diet renowned for its health benefits". Seems to be a not-so-tongue in cheek dig at the gluten-free anti-carb movement. I'm a spaghetti boy for life.

Bread is very very good but I rarely buy it because I can never get through a loaf before it gets rotten. Sometimes I'll just buy small bread rolls though when I fancy it What is everyone's favourite type of bread? I like pitta a lot but it irritates my gums for some reason :thonk:
