Kaminari doesn't really have that much output either, he definitely wouldn't last long enough to keep a single household going for one day before running out of juice. If anything people with useful quirks would probably do something like what firebenders in Korra did, get paid to do a couple shifts at the power plant zapping capacitors in your spare time.

Kaede Hondo played her before and she was recast probably because it's an incredibly minor part and they already had Aoi Yuuki on hand plus who knows what it's like to wrangle a VA for a couple lines during Covid Times. Also it's probably cheaper to just get Aoi Yuuki to do it.

The main difference between Bakugo and Mirio is that Mirio had to work hard to get his quirk to a place where it is dominating but Bakugo is a natural so he already started ahead and he's a hardworker which is also kind of why Deku pisses him off. Bakugo knows he's talented but he's been working his rear end off since day 1 to be the strongest despite how a lot of people would rest on their laurels and out of dumb luck this kid he knew is surpassing him.

The most logical ultimate move for him to develop would be Quirk Synthesis where he merges properties of copied quirks together, like if he could mix Todoroki's ice with Bakugo's explosions to basically make plastic explosives.

Well he also did make some pseudosciencey link between a quirk influencing one's personality so in this world having a stress quirk predisposes you towards it etc
