I remember the Star Citizen cult claiming that Amazon grabbed a whole bunch of stuff from the "Star Engine" that CIG brutalized out of the shambles of CryEngine. Amazon were quick to claim that nothing CIG had done was used, I wonder if they lied. Sure would explain a lot.

That way, not only does the five poor sods trapped in a wasteland of a server benefit, so could the hundreds of players on the "almost enough" servers. Everyone could potentially win.

The New World Engine is almost certainly still a total nightmare to work with.
