nobody cared about authentic guns and the identity of the operators when we were in space with jet-assisted double jumping and wall running so perhaps it'd be best for us to just go back to that

shotguns being good in cod is fun because shotguns are fun but at the same time bad because then people are mad at you for killing them with a good gun (ok, fine) versus people being mad at you for killing them with a bad gun (excellent, love to see it, sigma behavior, etc.)
