Personalisation -> Taskbar -> Taskbar behaviours -> Taskbar alignment [Left | Centre] however you're still stuck with large taskbar icons, no titles, grouped with no alternatives. and the clock in the bottom right can't show seconds. not touching that outside of work until they make that part at all usable
