I know I'm going to have to play Tickington in 2D, but otherwise I think I'm going to stick to 3D and give everyone the silliest-looking costumes I can. I would use the 2D feature a whole lot more if you were able to switch it from the pause menu (rather than at churches).

Nah, I'm with you. The worst is when it's played off as "WELL, HE'S AN OLD MAN, HE'S HARMLESS!" In a similar vein, my partner was horrified to learn that, prior to New Horizons, Kapp'n would hit on female players (but not male), as he'd only ever made male characters in AC and thus never experienced things such as:    Even as a little girl, I was kinda unsettled! Nothing like teaching young girls to just "deal with it" when they're a captive audience (boat ride, taxi ride, etc) to a pervy old man! New Horizons nerfed Kapp'n's boner, and I'm glad.
