if you go on instagram and scroll past the 10 or so posts that are from your friends, the feed will rapidly turn into that stuff. in other news instagram sucks rear end these days and i've essentially quit using it. i miss back in like 2012 when it was literally just a scrolling feed of pictures your friends took and no other features. not even any comments. it was nice

you guys aren’t using TikTok right. vine would have eventually devolved into $random_famous_user zooming into and out of their face ranting about something eventually if it still existed, and if brought back would be nearly the same as TikTok is now complete with up to 3min long videos. if you don’t want to see talking heads, scroll past instead of stopping to listen. if you’re ok with having to do more than that, long press your screen and then click not interested my feed is entirely Zoomer Vines, cooking, history, and linguistic content 95% of the time. curate your algorithm for ur interests and it’s great
