With the proliferation of rules-based probes filling up the Lepers Colony, the forums should endeavor to enact a complete code governing user behavior. Much like how the Napoleonic Code, with its stress on clearly written and accessible law, was a major step in replacing the previous patchwork of feudal laws, the Forums Code shall be a major step forward in replacing the existing patchwork of forums rules. So let's propose items for the Forums Code here. I'll start: Rule IV(b)(0) - Goatse is prohibited, except when it exploits a forums 0-day and goatses the entire mods forum, in which case the goatseer shall be promoted to admin.
