Yeah but it was 2 bars at the same time. Like yeah ok strength or whatever but I like to finesse that poo poo, get the delts and traps all up in it. 2 bars is gonna be like the next heavy ropes or kettle bells. Or like 2 gallons of milk you flail around with and drink while you work out. I might even open my own gym if my routines are too hardcore for planet fitness.
