I want to give props to the two kings of Pro Wrestling entrances in MMA, Akihiro Gono and Genki Sudo Akihiro Gono was a fairly middle of the road PRIDE fighter who is pretty much only remembered for his giant elaborate entrances like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PS_qJ3ojfLg&t=347s He later had a brief stint in the UFC where they allowed him to do an elaborate entrance once, he chose to do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ-PPObggms Dana White was not a fan and didn't allow any future entrances. Nakamura 's WK entrance with the pole dancer was really something else. Can't find it, unfortunately. Also this might be a deep cut, but Chikara did a KOT not long after Larry Sweeney passed away, and Eddie Kingston came out to Larry's favorite song "Highwayman" by the Highwaymen, which would be nice way to honor him on its own but the song is literally about the idea of spirits living on and being eternal.
