oh did they change that? when I helped a family member get it it was terminal diseases only and you needed two doctors to sign off (one for terminal diagnosis and one weed doctor who said you could use weed)

one of my friends has a theory that they only reason we don’t have it yet is becuase state GOP senators did not want to give a huge win to a democratic gov (wolf). but now that the governorship looks out of reach for a long time it maybe they they relent

Though a lot of the other stores around there have been moving out recently and i suspect it's a bunch of 76ers shell companies buying up the adjacent retail (not to demolish but to control the rent once the stadium goes in). My friend is super bummed that they closed the marshalls out of nowhere. they should put the spectrum branding back on wells fargo if the sixers do move out

The best hoagie in Philly is the shooter special from Cosmi's. If you don't know what a pepper shooter is, it's a big round cherry pepper hollowed out then stuffed with prosciutto and provolone. They're then put in a jar with oil. At Cosmi's they take a long roll, layer it with the dankest, funkiest, sharpest provolone, drape prosciutto on top of that, and then ladle on diced up pepper shooters, the filling of this giant eclair.
