You should be writing a book of just baseline disses that you can lay down over any beat and thinking up good insults & rhymes to use all the time, then once you can put those down subconsciously over a beat to get a flow going, it frees your mind up to come up with off the dome jabs to weave in throughout your rhymebook of disses.
