Doing stuff and things

Alright, today we're going to be making courgette dino nuggies. Though I suppose if you were a professional chef you could make other kinds of nugget shapes too.

Ingredients
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 œuf, or egg if you don't have an œuf.
1 cup bread crumbs, I used panko
and 1-1 1/2 cup shredded courgette, experiement to taste

Preheat your oven to 400F, or 205 nonfreedom units.

We're going to start by shredding our courgette into a nice pile of mushy courgette strands.
After it's shredded squeeze the excess water out with a cheese cloth or paper towel in a pinch.

Next we're doing to add all of our ingredients into a nice big bowl.
It's okay if the ingredients touch I promise.

It's very important to mix with your hands, this lets the food know that it's being made into finger food.
Mix until a nice lumpy paste.

Measure out nugget lumps with a heaping tablespoon.
Since I don't have baking shapes we're going to get creative with these by hand.
Try to mold your nuggets into creative and fun new shapes.

Cook your prehistoric meal for 20-25min, flipping halfway through.
Set on plate tastefully with select sauces, I opted for dijon mustard with a yellow mustard garnish.

That's it really, recipe could use some improvement and experimentation but came out much better than expected.

Next we're making Zucchini Pesto Pasta, I'm co-authoring this dish.

Ingredients
2 courgettes
2 cups basil leaves
1/2 cup of romano
2oz of pine nuts
3 cloves minced garlic/1 Tbsp
1/2 cup of olive oil
splash of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Gather all your ingredients for a family photo, this harmonizes the flavors.

First step basil leaves and pine nuts to a food processor, start pulsing away.

Then add some cheese and garlic to the mix.

Somebody forgot to take pictures, but add your splash of lemon juice and slowly add the olive oil while pulsing; salt and pepper to taste.
You should have a nice goopy bowl of pesto at this point.

Now that your pesto is done, spiral cut some zucchinis for your noodles. Let them pretend to be the noodles they wish they could be.

Sauté the noodles and pesto in a pan. This looks better on a plate but if somebody is too hungry to wait for pictures you can take it in a bowl right away.
Served topped with mozzarella in picture.

----

Finally a Zucchini Banana Smoothie for dessert. Otherwise known as, let's make this not taste like a zucchini smoothie.

Inegredients
2 Red bananas, frozen
1 chopped courgette, frozen
1 banana, room temp
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup milk of choice, I used milk of cow minus lactose
1 Tbsp Blue Agave
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of cinnamon

We gather the foods for one last group photo before they all move away after college.

Step one is pretty simple, toss all the ingredients into the blender.

Blend with the smoothie setting, it couldn't be simpler.

Step two, serve topped with nutmeg, or if you're weird, plain.

Looks great, I'd eat the meteor specifically (it's a little meteor)

HOWEVER

So goons, I come to you with a challenge. I want you to present to me at least three dishes, one of which must be a dessert, utilising courgettes and showing them to their fullest. Because I am also a horrible lush, I would also like a drink, but that is optional… with an open heart and empty stomach, I say unto you in the words of my uncle: Allez cuisine!

Edit: The OP has updated with TWO more recipes, one both a drink and a dessert.

Honestly it was genuinely delicious, plan on making another to get rid of the last courgette in the fridge.

No no, I'm not that weird. Those were just a little gag for the pic, the batter made a lot more nuggets than the pic I sent.
No children were harmed in the making of the dino bones.
