I wouldn't worry too much, OP. My 7 year old cousin went to see Guardians of the Galaxy and for a little while after that her vocabulary consisted entirely of "I am groot". She got bored after a couple of days when she found out it was an impossible way to communicate with people (ie. get what she wanted). He'll grow out of it.
