I have a lot of points to make and I will make them later.

“I was working on my porch with my toolbelt on and was being cordial,” Arman said of the incident. “But I wanted to safeguard myself by recording what happened.” Filming police officers carrying out their duties is widely considered to be legal and protected by the first amendment of the US constitution.

Oh well thank god they don't use declarative statements on that sort of thing there's a real debate about it I hear

That's all well and good but I hear there's this thing called election fraud and we all need ID's.

Speaking of that, you know what was weird? When I moved recently, I made it a point to go down and register, get my new card and all that poo poo at the same time that I changed my vehicle registration and what have you. It was actually incredibly easy but the thing that got me was when I went to actually VOTE was that I handed them my DL along with my voter registration card (that I PAID for) and they handed the card back saying they didn't need it.

What was the point of all that poo poo then?

If I only need the stupid drivers license, what's the voter registration card for and why did I have to pay for it? Why not just issue national ID's and be done with it? I thought the registration card would be the more important item on elections day. Does my DL tie in to everything and tell them how I'm registered now? Is that how voter ID works? If not, what's stopping me from committing actual voter fraud by voting in the primaries (I'm a registered Independent and can't vote in primaries in FL)?

And what if I don't drive?

Adjusted for inflation to current money, the old poll tax was $11

The average aggregate document cost for getting all the proof you need to procure a new ID to vote with is $175
