lol @ people who rent, you know what happens when you don't own? the government colludes with large businesses, slaughters half your people, steals everything they don't destroy, and forbids you from speaking your native language for hundreds of years

I kind of like this, if I owned the land and the property were in a really good location or something, also like a zombie proof border wall and a three car garage with storage space. Like if I could buy for cash and live zero expenses and save all my money for retirement

you goonlords realise the land itself is usually a large part of the overall value right like yeah that little trailer is cheap but unless it's in bumfuck nowhere or something you're still shelling out quite a bit for the big open lawn to put it on and then you've still got to pay property taxes.

Sorry OP I live in a quiet area that's a walk to just about everything I need (food, meds, bar) and the train into the city and if anything i'm the neighbor everyone hates so my house life is loving awesome. Oh and a nice media room with a bar upstairs lol at your trailer this space alone is like 1/2 that.

Millennials are incapable of responsibilities or home maintenance. They don't have homes, families or children because they're incapable of committing to anything. They're bored immediately of their jobs, and where they live. The good thing is that there is video games, marijuana, and pornography which never quite fill the void of loneliness, but come close.
