That's because it's Shaq Thompson (not Lawson), who, incidentally, has looked like a beast through the first few days of training camp. That LB group (Thompson, Kuechly, Davis) really needs a nickname.

The Indianapolis Star's Stephen Holder says he has been "a bit underwhelmed" by Andrew Luck through the first week of training camp.

Holder clarified that he was "underwhelmed, not concerned" with Luck's play so far. Luck's ability to bounce back from an injury-ruined and ultimately ineffective 2015 campaign is one of the biggest storylines of the 2016 fantasy season. We like Luck's chances of making a big rebound, but notes like this from beat reporters watching practice almost every day are worth passing along.

Up until recently, I knew nothing of Pokemon. The fact that I know the ball is red is more than enough knowledge for my liking. :v:

Alex Smith is the quarterback. That whole "throwing 10 yards down the field" thing just isn't going to work, so might as well master the short game a hundred times over.

Stevie Johnson tore his meniscus and they're waiting to figure how long he's going to be out from the surgery.

Very unfortunate.. it's a shame he's had some health issues since he left the Bills, he's apparently a good dude and was a good player when he was healthy. Hopefully Tyrell Williams and some of the other WR on the depth chart can step up.

While it sucks, if it was going to happen to a position on the Chargers, it happened to the position that won't hurt too much. Our LB and WR depth are pretty good. Keenan Allen, Travis Benjamin, Dontrelle Inman, and Tyrell Williams will be fine, along with Gates, Hunter Henry, and Danny Woodhead coming out of the backfield. If you're open, Rivers is going to get you the ball
