Conor vs Aldo 2, Nate vs eddie alvarez, tony vs khabib would be a great way forward imo, even if it does royally gently caress over khabib into yet another non title shot. If he beats tony then there's really no argument left for not giving him a title shot.

That's a great post, makes me like Eddie more than I did before the fight. I wish Aldo had posted something like this in the wake of his loss.

Plus the kind of weight cut Aldo does to hit 145 is just as bad as McGregor's so a move to lightweight has always been a possibility.

Aldo moving to 155 would be great. It would also make 145 a little more interesting.

Conor mostly fights at 170, its crazy to say it's easier for him to make 145 than Aldo.

The only interesting thing about conor/Holloway would be to see if conor hurts his knee or toes throwing non stop silly kicks into Holloway's guard before winning

Eh, I really see no reason for that fight to happen unless Max wants to move up to 155. Aldo cleaned out 145 before Conor got there, and while Max is on a tear there's all sorts of fights for Conor at 155 or 170 that I'd much rather see. And if Aldo won't move up to chase Conor, that's a perfect time to do Aldo/Holloway.

Max's TD defense was really really impressive as well, almost finished lamas a number of times not just on the feet but by submission as well. It was a good fight, I wish it were a 5 rounder.

I want to see Conor fight Holloway because I want to see the champions fight the best guys in their divisions, and assuming a contender can't beat a dominant champ is silly considering how volatile the title fights have been in the last year or two.
