Really though, I am very very happy with how the Wild are doing this year. I am ecstatic, but the playoffs are when it matters. The CBJ Wild battle is shaping up to be a total doozy.

Everytime you read about him, it's "he's been working on his skating". That's an awesome work ethic to have, but... he's not getting better (aka back to where he was his rookie year).

Keep going north or maybe cut towards the east and it'll get even better and you'll hate yourself for ever spending time in Ohio. Are the blue jackets this year's "bad team that is unsustainably good for a short time" or are they legit? I remember enjoying hearty laughs at the Leafs and Wild, in recent years, for being good until about now despite every fancy stat pointing out how a correction was coming hard, and did.
