GPD is a surprisingly not-lovely company for the products they make, which is shocking because it's some random Chinese outfit. I have the GPD XD and it's been fantastic for its quality. I was bummed that I got my XD soon before news of the XD+ is being released, which should be capable of playing PS2 games. Anyway, as far as emulation goes, it's the best handheld device for it now, and it plugs right into your TV and you can use it as a console.
