That Nyjah vid  I'm not a fan of his style, but man, can he ride rails. OTOH, that's about all he does for about 11mins, apart from some slow mo drone/steady cam shots of him on the ground. He's cleaned up his style a lot as well and isn't flailing around anywhere near as much after he lands tricks...I still kinda hate him, though

Grade 3 quad strain will have you in very high discomfort and unable to walk without crutches. If you can walk, it's not that bad. Give it a week, ice it a couple of times a day and pop some ibuprofen and you'll be back in a week.

I mostly BMX these days, so.. Wade Morgan got robbed in BMX big air. Mostly watched the BMX vert and big air. Dirt course had little resemblance of a real dirt track.
