I'm not a Peanuts fan but I am an ice skating fan and that's the Charles Schultz museum and ice rink in Santa Rosa, CA. Apparently Charles Schultz was really into hockey and had a rink built there. It's super cute inside and it's painted to look like a Swiss town. If you get a kid's meal in the snack shop it comes in Snoopy's dog dish.
