So turns out when the marionnette event fails it kills everyone *in the area*. Ported in Lornar's Pass just as the event failed, "oh hey what's this green thing under my char" *bam* dead. Thank you Anet for the repair cost.

I honestly could care less about the repair cost. I still think it's completely idiotic. How would you react if you ported in an area and got instagibbed? Also thinking to the poor sods who are doing their world completion in this area too

Team SFD was out sPvPing (esports 360 no scope) last night. Unfortunately we had some pretty tough (some would say bullshit) matchups watch me as I recover from one bad call just get everyone back up on the mdidle point. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vadGnzwWGLI Sometimes cool things happen in PvP. Also it's fun. Thanks to everyone who tagged along. At this point I'm pretty sure lazy usually logs off after a while to go destroy a punching bag to keep his cool.

Don't get me wrong, there's gently caress-all rewards, the map and gamemode selection is lackluster (Don't get me started about TDM either.) but overall it's a fun gameplay requiring some coordination. Obviously I guess the amount of fun you can wrangle out of this depends who you are playing with but so far all my sPvPs experience with SFD has been a blast.
