If I die in Dark Souls or Super Mario 3D World, it should be game over and loss of all progress. Games should be no longer than three hours of gameplay and there should only be one difficulty level - hard. I don't want stats I can put skill points into, I just want a badass sword and a kickass spell/special. Is it so much to ask for new late 80s/early 90s style action-adventure or platformer with modern graphics and a $20-30 price tag?

remember the good old days of everquest 1 where the entire raid would travel hours the night before a raid so when you formed up 3 hours before the raid you could all be ready for the 'cycle of buffs'? or when the only concievable way of beating a boss was to have a specialist in your group lead them away long enough then die for you to kill the boss and loot before all the mobs came back and inevitably wiped the whole party? oh and dying lost weeks of progress and you had to get your corpse back or lose all of your gear permanently? i would say i miss that, but nah

I really like Ubisoft, but seriously. The fact that they have the nerve to put in a setting actually called 'E3 RAIN' or whatever, is stupid. Then locking it from people who can actually run it is STUPID. But I can't blame them. Idiots will continue to buy mac-books and consoles and flat brimmed douchbag hats with stickers and say swag and dew the do and never know how much they are hurting progress of the medium of art known as videogames. oh wow, this is cute. Console 'gamers'. This is cute really. Grow up and build a gaming PC. It's cheaper than next gen, and games are cheaper. Plus you can customize the way you play and you aren't restricted to one way to get games, an open market means MUCH MUCH MUCH lower prices. Graphics are better on PC, community is better on PC, every drat thing right now is better on PC. The only reason to stay with consoles is pure ignorance.
